  • 100 Minutes Free Airtel Calls + 5 Minutes Free to other Networks + 2 Bob / Minute Calls to other Networks: For Kenya Shillings 20, get 100 minutes for Airtel to Airtel calls and 5 minutes for calls to other networks.
  • 100 Minutes Free Airtel Calls + 50MB + Call other Networks at 2 Bob per Minute: For Kenya Shillings 20, get 100 minutes for Airtel to Airtel calls and 50MB. Calls to other networks will be charged at KSh 2 per minute.

  • Select option 2) TubongePlus-New
  • Select option 1 to buy the 24 hrs @ KSh 20, 5 min free to other networks bundle
  • Select option 1 to Buy Once or option 2 for Auto Renew

How to check TubongePlus balance

  • Dial *544#
  • Select option 2) TubongePlus-New
  • Enter * to go to the next page
  • Select option 4) Check Tubonge Balance
    OR select option 5) to stop auto renew

Tubonge Voice bundles by Airtel Kenya

The current Tubonge voice bundles include:

  • 24 hours bundle at Kenya Shillings 10: get 100 free minutes to call Airtel numbers. Call other networks at KSh 2 bob per minute. This bundle is valid for a day.

How to buy Tubonge Voice

  • Dial *544#
  • Select option 3) Tubonge (Voice)
  • Select option 1) 24 hrs @KSh 10 or 2) 7 days @KSh 50 or 3) 30 days @ KSh 150. So, to purchase the 24-hour bundle, enter the number 1
  • Select 1 to Buy Once OR enter 2 to enable Auto renew.

How to check Tubonge Voice balance

  • Dial *544#
  • Select option 3) Tubonge (Voice)
  • Enter * to go to the next page on the menu
  • Select option 5) Check Tubonge Balance.
  • To stop autorenewal, enter the number 6.

Airtel Kenya Gift Tubonge: How to gift a bundle via the TubongePlus & Tubonge Voice menus

The Gift a Bundle option in both the Tubonge Plus and Tubonge Voice menus are similar.

To gift a bundle, follow the steps below:

 2- Browse latest TVs, fridges, microwaves, dispensers, cookers, furniture, kitchenware, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, headphones, earphones / headsets, phone cases, chargers, MiFi routers, bluetooth speakers on Jumia. 

  • Dial *544#
  • Select option 2 for TubongePlus or option 3 for Tubonge (Voice)
  • Select option 3) Gift Tubonge (if using TubongePlus menu) or option 4) Gift Tubonge (if using Tubonge Voice menu)
  • Enter the phone number to gift a Tubonge bundle to e.g. 0736123456
  • Press Send
  • Select the bundle you want to gift: the 24 hour, 7 day or 30 day bundles I’ve listed above e.g. the Ksh 10 for 24 Hrs bundle
  • ‘Confirm purchase of Tubonge Daily for 0736123456 with 100 Mins Airtel to Airtel calls valid for 24 hours.’
  • Select 1 for Buy Once or 2 to enable Auto Renew.

How to buy Tubonge bundles for other number

To buy Tubonge bundles for another Airtel Kenya line, you can use the Gift Tubonge option under the Tubonge Voice and Tubonge Plus menus like I’ve shown you above.

  • Select option 5) Gift a Bundle
  • Select option 1 for Tubonge
  • Enter recipient’s phone number e.g. 0736123456
  • Select option 1 for example if you want to buy that other number the ‘Ksh 10 for 24 Hrs‘
  • Select option 1 for Buy Once or 2 for Buy Autorenew.
