I want to know some of the pickups sold in the Kenyan market.

I am planning to buy a unit. I am in the research phase of the vehicle buying process. Yes, am also saving more money that will eventually go towards purchasing the pickup.

I need your help – finding answers that will help me make a good vehicle decision. If you know anything about pickups, chime in with your answers. Anything that you think might be useful to a new buyer is welcome.

Here are some of the details am looking for:

-List of popular pickup brands in Kenya and the various models sold under each brand. Share a list of what you consider to be some of the popular / best pickups available to consumers in Kenya.
-An estimate (in Kenyan Shillings) for some of the pickups sold in Kenya. What would be a good amount to spend when buying a used or brand new pickup?
-A list of models that come as single cabin or double cabin from the various brands available in the market.
-Options available for buyers interested in ICE (internal combustion engines – using petrol or diesel) vs EV (electric vehicles) engines. Also share a list of your favourite hybrids if any come to mind.
-Your favourite pickup truck brand and model. Let me know why it is your favourite. Maybe even share your opinions on how you think it compares to the competition. You can compare pickup trucks made in Japan, India, United States, Germany, France and China.
