What are some of the lorries / trucks sold in the Kenyan market.

I am planning to buy a lorry / truck. I am in the research phase of the vehicle buying process.

I need your help – finding answers that will help me make a good car buying decision. If you know anything about lorries / trucks, chime in with your answers. Anything that you think might be useful to a new buyer is welcome.

Here are some of the details am looking for:

-List of popular lorry / truck brands in Kenya and the various models sold under each brand. Share a list of what you consider to be some of the popular / best lorries / trucks available to consumers in Kenya.
-An estimate (in Kenyan Shillings) for some of the lorries / trucks sold in Kenya. What would be a good amount to spend when buying a used or brand new lorry / truck?
-Options available to motor vehicle buyers interested in ICE (internal combustion engines – using petrol or diesel) vs EV (electric vehicles) engines. Also share a list of your favourite lorry / truck hybrids if any come to mind.
-Your favourite lorry / truck brand and model. Let me know why it is your favourite. Maybe even share your opinions on how you think it compares to the competition. You can compare cars made in Japan, India, United States, South Korea, Germany, Sweden, France and China.
-Best trucks for haulage. A list of the best light, medium and heavy duty trucks that are reliable, fuel economical and can reliably transport goods within and outside Kenya.
